In our area, your pets are at risk for fleas and ticks year-round as these critters thrive in warmer weather and it never gets cold enough here to kill them and their eggs. You should never overlook the problems these pests can cause: fleas can trigger dermatitis and hot spots and one tick bite can transmit numerous dangerous diseases.
Preventive medications are the best way to keep fleas and ticks away from your pets. At Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic, we are currently hosting a raffle, with the winner getting a Roomba vacuum to help you fight these nasty pests!
If you buy two doses (which equals a six-month supply) of BRAVECTO you will get one entry to our raffle, or if you buy four doses (a year’s supply) you’ll get two entries. We will draw the winner in the first week of November, which means you have until October 31st to participate.
Please note: for dogs, we currently carry three-month chewable BRAVECTO tablets and for cats we offer a three-month topical option.
