Emergencies happen. There are times when you know your pet has an urgent medical need and other times when you are concerned but unsure if it is an emergency requiring immediate care.
If your pet has a medical emergency during office hours please call our center at 713-659-0650. Our team is always here to help guide you in these situations.
We do our best to treat and accommodate as many patients as possible, especially emergencies, however, there are certain situations where going directly to a 24-hour emergency care facility is a better option for your pet.

Urgent Care
For time-sensitive needs, we may offer urgent pet care same-day. Please call our clinic first so we can prepare for your arrival, better understand the nature of your situation, or potentially direct you to another nearby clinic if we cannot see or properly care for your pet.
In some circumstances, we may be able to provide care or further direction over the phone, so please call before arriving.
